Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American musician and actress. She is known for her work in the theatre and also for her role as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, is an American actress (female) is well known as a recurring role in the television show That's So Raven. She was featured in 14 projects which includes TV video and series.
